Potato - 1/2 kg, Rice - 250 gm, Coriander - 1 cup, Mint - 1/4 cup, Green Chili - 3,
Spring Onion (hari piyaz) - 3, Coriander Seeds (sabat dhania) - 1 tsp, Pomegranate
Seeds (anardana) - 1 tbsp, Salt - according to taste, Red Chili Powder - according to taste,
Turmeric Powder (haldi) - 1/2 tsp, Chat Masala - 1 tbsp, Yougurt - 1/2 cup, Bread
Crumbs - 1 cup, Eggs - 2.
Directions:
1. Peal all potatoes and boil them.
2. Put rice to boil.
3. Mash all potatoes and add coriander, mint, chili, salt, pomegranate seed, coriander seeds, chat masala, green chili and mix it well and make balls.
4. Take the balls and first coat in eggs then bread crumbs, then fry potatoes balls.
5. Take Coriander, mint, chat masala, yougurt, green chili, 1/4 cup of water and mix well.
6. Now take oil in a pan add green sauce cook it, then add spring onion and boiled rice.
7. Mix it well and add potato balls.
8. Your Potato Ball Rice is ready.
