Atish-e-Ran


Ingredients:

Thigh (ran) Meat - 1 kg,    Ginger/Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp,    Red Chili Powder - according

to taste,    Salt - according to taste,    All Spices (garam masala) - 1 tbsp,    Yougurt - 1 cup,

White Vinegar - 1 tbsp,    Lemon Juice - 1 tsp,    Pineapple - 1,    Sesame Seed Oil - 3 tbsp.


Directions:
1. Boil mutton
2. Mix half the quantity of all spices in yougurt and then add mutton in it.
3. Bake mutton at 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
4. Add 3 tbsp oil in fry pan add ginger/garlic paste in it.
5. When its colour turns brown, then add remaining spices with yougurt.
6. Now fry baked mutton in masala, add pineapple and sesame seed oil.
7. Your Atish-e-Ran is ready.
