Kuchri Qeema


Ingredients:

Mince(qeema) - 1 kg,    Salt - according to taste,    Chili Powder - 1 tbsp,    Chili Flake - 1 tbsp,   

Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp,    Kuchri Powder - 4 tbsp,    Crush Coconut - 4 tbsp,    Ginger/Garlic

Paste - 2 tbsp,    Yogurt - 1 cup,    Onion - 2 medium size,    Ghee/Oil - 5 cup,    Black Cumin - 10,

Black Cardamom - 2,    Papaya Paste - 2 tbsp.


Directions:
1. Take all spices and roast it for few seconds, and then grind them.
2. Then add grinned spices in yogurt, add papaya paste, then add them all with mince and mix well.
3. Leave the mixture for 4 hours or overnight.
4. Take a pan add ghee/oil add chopped onion and fry, when its color turns golden brown, then add mince in it and fry for 5 minutes, Then cover it with led and leave it for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes put chopped ginger and mint leaves, then put a hot coal in it with foil and put little water on it to make smoke, and cover it for a while.
5. Your Kuchri Mince is ready serve it with Twisted Paratha.
