Ingredients:
Fish Finger - 1/2 kg, Egg - 2, Corn Flour - 8 tbsp, Plain Flour - 8 tbsp, Vinegar -
2 tbsp, Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp, Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp, Chili Sauce - 1 1/2 tsp,
Mustard Paste - 1 tbsp, White Pepper - 2 tsp, Garlic 2 tsp, Salt - according to taste,
Chinese Salt - 1 tbsp, Oil - 2 tbsp, Oil - for frying.
Directions:
1. Take eggs and beat it.
2. Put 4 tbs cornflour, 4 tbs flour, and all spices and mix well.
3. Now take another bowl and add remaining 4 tbs cornflour, 4 tbs flour, salt, peppers, chinese salt again and mix well.
4. Now Take fish roll in dry batter roll it in liquid batter then again in dry batter.
5. Now fry it crispy on medium flame.
6. Your Fish Hot Shot is ready.
