Banana Leaf Fish


Ingredients:

Fish Flay - 1/2 kg,    Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp,    Salt - 1/2 tsp,    Cumin Powder (zeera Powder)

- 1 tsp,    Coriander Powder - 2 tsp,    Garlic - 4 clove,    Green Chili - 2 to 3 piece,    Fresh

Coriander - 3 tbsp,    Crush Coconut - 4 tbsp,    White Vinegar - 2 tbsp,    Oil - 3 tbsp,   

Sugar - 1 tsp,    Banana Leaf - 1 (cut into pieces).


Directions:
1.Mix all the ingredients.
2.Marinate the fish with the mixture.
3.After 15 minutes take the banana leaf, place the marinated fish over it and roll the leaf.
4.Now place the rolled fish into the oven and bake at 180 deg Centigrate for about 30 to 40 minutes.
5.Your Banana Leaf Fish is ready.
