Daal Pakhtooni


Ingredients:

Black Gram - 1 cup,    Salt - according to taste,    Ginger Paste - 2 tbs,    Garlic Paste -

2 tbs,    Red Chili Powder - 2 tbs,    Butter - 100 gm,    Fresh Cream - 1 cup,   

Tomato Puree - 1 1/2 cups,    Garam Masala Powder - 2 tbs.

Directions:
1. Pick and wash black gram. Soak it in four cups of water for about 2 to 3 hours.
2. Melt butter in a thick bottomed pan and add ginger garlic paste, fry it for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, add dal to this, then add 3 cups of water and cover the led and let it cook for about an hour.
4. When dal is cooked then add cream in it, turn off the falme.
5. Your Dal Pakhtooni is ready.
