Coffee Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:

For Cake:

Flour - 1 1/2 cup,    Egg - 4,    Sugar - 1 cup,    Butter/Oil - 1/4 cup,    Baking Powder -

1 1/2 tsp.

For Icing:

Icing Sugar - 1 cup,    Butter Without Salt - 2 cups,    Coffee - 1 tbsp,    Chocolate - 3 tbsp.



Directions:

For Cake:

1. Add eggs in a bowl and beat it.

2. Add sugar init and mix well.

3. Now when sugar and egg are mixed well, then add butter/oil and mix well.

4. Now take another bowl mix dry flour and baking powder together, then add into the egg butter mixture.

5. While you are adding flour and baking powder mixture in egg butter mixture, make sure your beater speed is on 1.

6. Now pour all mixture in baking pan and bake for 35 mins on 180 dgree C.

For Icing:

1. Mix icing sugar, butter, coffee and chocolate.

2. Keeep mixing till the mixture turn creamy.

3. Now cu the cake into half from the middle and add cream in the middle of the cake.

4. Now put the two pieces bake together, and put rest of the cream on top of the cake and leave it for a while.

5. Your Coffee Chocolaate Cake is ready.
