Carrot Cake


Ingredients:

Flour - 1 1/2 cup,    Egg - 4,    Butter or Oil - 1/2 cup,    Carrot - 1 cup,   

Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tsp,    Sugar - 1 cup.


Directions:
1. Crush carrot and add in dry flour, add baking powder in ti and mix well and put aside.
2. Now beat eggs, when it becomes fluffy add sugar and butter or oil in it and mix well.
3. Now add the flour mixture to egg mixture, if you are using electrical beater then speed limit is 1.
4. Beat it until it is completely mixed, then pour it in baking pan and put it to bake on 180 degree C for about 30 to 40 minutes.
5. After its baked take it out and your Carrot Cake is ready. Enjoy!!

  4. Thank you for visiting. Well 1/5 cup is half of 1/3 cup. Take equal half of 1/3 measuring cup if you want to measure 1/5 cup. Ok
