Ingredients:
1. Carrot - 1/2 cup, 2. Spring Onion - 1, 3. Bell Pepper - 1, 4. Green Chili - 4, 5. Green Pea -
1/4 cup, 6. Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg, 7. Salt - according to taste, 8. D.P Sauce - 1 tbsp,
9. H.P Sauce - 1 tbsp, 10. Vinegar - 1tbsp, 11. Soya Sauce - 1tbsp, 12. Chicken Powder - 1 tbsp,
13. Black or White Pepper - 2 tbsp, 14. Sugar - 1 tbsp, 15. Sesame Seed Oil - 3 tbsp, 16. Flour -
1/2 cup, 17. Egg - 3
Directions:
1. Cut chicken in julian cut and add flour, egg, salt, 1 tsp h.p sauce, 1 tsp d.p sauce, white pepper and mix well.
2. After 15 mins deep fry chicken untill it's colour turns brown and it's crispy, then take it out.
3. Chop carrot, spring onion, bell pepper and add in julian cut chicken and fry it in 4 tbsp of oil, add green pea, chicken powder, salt, sugar, d.p sauce, h.p sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and stir briefly.
4. When you want to serve your dish add green chili and chicken in it and serve hot with carrot rice.
5. Your Carrot Chicken Vegetable is ready.
