Carrot Kabab


Ingredients:

Carrot - 250 gm,    Red Bean 250 gm,    Black Cardamom - 1,    Cinnamon Stick - 2,   

Clove - 2,    Black Peppercorn - 10,    Whole Red Chili - 8,    Whole Coriander - 1 tbsp,   

Green Chili - 4,    Eggs 2,    Bread Crumbs - 1 cup.


Directions:
1. Take red bean and put it to boil, after boiling drain water from it.
2. Take 1 egg, red beans and all ingredients in blender and blend it.
3. Make kabab from the mixture and coat them with bread crumbs and then fry it.
4. Your Carrot Kabab are ready.
