Darbari Gosht

Ingredients:

Mutton - 1 kg,    Onion - 1,    Ginger/Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp,    Green Chili - 3,    Coriander

- as required,    Salt - according to taste,    Tomato Puree - 1/2 cup,    Warm Water - 1 cup,

Ghee - 1/4 cup.

For Marination:

White Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp,    Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp,    Bay Leave - 1,    Poppy

Seeds - 1 tbsp,    Ceremen - 2 sticks,    Dry Red Chili - 4,    Clove - 4,    Black Pepper

- 10,    Black Cardamom - 2


Directions:
1. Grind all marination spices and marinate mutton in it and rest for 2 hour.
2. Chop onion and little brown then add ginger/garlic paste and bay leave and then add marinated mutton and cook well.
3. When meat is cooked well add tomato puree, green chili and warm water then cover it with lead.
4. After 15 mins coriander and green chili.
The Darbari Gosht is ready.
