
Ingredients:
Meat (Qeema) - 1/2 kg, Poppy Seeds (Khash Khash) - 1 tbsp, Bhunay howay Chanay
- 2 tbsp, Spice (long) - 4 pieces, Small Cardamom (illachi) - 3 pieces, Salt - according
to taste, Red Chili Powder - according to taste, Turmeric (Haldi) - 1 tsp, Cummin Seed
(Zirah) - 1 tsp, All Spices (Garam Masala) - 1 tsp, Garlic - 1 tsp, Ginger - 1 tsp,
Onion - 2 pieces, Green Chili - 3 pieces, Coriander - to garnish, Turnip (shaljum) -
1/2 kg, Carrot - 2 pieces, Yogurt - 1 cup, Flour - 2 tbsp, Brown Sugar - 1 tsp.
Directions:
1. Put Poppy seeds, Chana, Spice(long), cardamom, salt and chilli into the meat and mix well then make meat balls and fry them.
2. Now fry onion and put ginger/garlic, turmeric, cummin seeds, all spices, red chili, green chili, yogurt and mix it well.
3. Tehn put carrot, turnip into the water and let it cook for a while so that carrot and turnip turns soft.
4. Now put meat balls in it then add brown sugar and flour so that gravy becomes thick.
5. Your Shab Daig is ready, serve it hot.
