Lado Petheya - New

Daal Pethi
Ingredients:

Chana Dal - 1 cup    Salt - 1/2 tsp    Red Chili - 1/2 tsp    Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp  


Directions:
1. Soak chana dal for 3 hour.
2. Then grind it with out water, if you want to add water u add.
3. Then add salt, red chili, chat masala, and mix well.
4. Tehn add oil in pan and fry it.
5. Your Lado Petheya is ready.


Khubani ke Chatni:

Ingredients:

Khubani - 1 cup    Sugar - 1/4 cup    Red Chili - 1/2 tsp    Salt - 1/4 tsp    Chat Masala - 1 tsp    Red Food Colour - 3 drops


Directions:
1. Soak khubani in 1 glass of water.
2. Then add this khubani and water in pan add suger, salt, chat masala, red chili, and cook it.
3. After 10 minutes mash it and stain its seed
4. Then mash chatni in blender or hand blend it. If u want watery sauce, then add more water.
5. Your Khubani Chatni is ready.

Green Chatni:
Ingredients:

Coriander - 1 cup    Mint - 1/2 cup    Green Chili - 3    Salt - 1/2 tsp    Clove - 2    Vinegar - 3 tbsp


Directions:
1. Add all ingredient in blander and blend it.
2. Your Green Chatni is ready.


Garnishing:

Radish - 2 cup    Salad Leaf   Chat Masala    Whole Red Chili -  1/2 cup    Cumin - 1/2 cup    Dry Coriander - 1/2 cup griand

Take a plate add dal pethi then, add yought, green chatni, khubani chatni, radish, choped salad leaf and chat masala.
Your Lado Petheya is ready.
