Bun Kabab - New

Ingredients:

Chana Dal - 2 cup    Onion - 2    Garlic - 4    Black Pepper - 8    Clove - 6    Cumin - 1 tbs  

Black Cardamom - 3    Senimen Stick - 2    Whole Red Chili - 8    Fresh Coriander - 1/2 cup  

Egg - 2    Bun - 6


Directions:
1. Take a pan add chana dal, water and 1 onion, garlic, all spice, and boil it.
2. When it is boiled, grind it, remember when u grind it there should be no water in it.
3. Chop onion, coriander, green chili and mix it in kabab mixture and make kabab.
4. Beat egg take a kabab roll in egg and fry it.
5. Take a bun cut it, spreed green chatni, add kabab on it then onion, cucumber, tomato, cabbige and khati methi chatni and close with bun.
6. Your Bun Kabab is ready.
