Dahi Puri - New

Ingredients:

Yought - 1 cup,    Sugar - 1 tbsp,    Potato - 2,    Gol Gappa - 12,  

Chick Pie (boiled) - 1/2 cup,    Cumin - 1/2 tsp,    Turmarind Sauce - 1/4 cup.


Directions:
1. Take a potato boil it and cut in small pieces.
2. Take a pan add oil in it and add cumin, salt, red chili, chat masala, all spice powder, and potato mix in it.
3. Now take a gol gappa make little hole in top, put chick pie, fry potato, yought and turmarind sauce and serve it

It was cooked on 05-03-2010 on Metro One show Lazzat With Asad.
