Finger Fish - 1/2 kg, Salt - according to taste, Green Chili - 10, Vinegar - 1 tbsp,
Soya Sauce - 1/2 tbsp, Corn Flour - 1 tsp, Sugar - 1 tbsp, Chinees Salt - 1 tsp,
Sesame Seed Oil - 3 tbsp.
Directions:
1. Cut green chili in 2 part and remove seed and cut in thin julian cut
2. Take a bowl add vinegar, soya, corn flour, salt, sugar, chinees salt and mix it.
3. Add finger fish in it and leave it for 15 minutes.
4. Take a pan add 4 tbsp oil and fry fish in it, when fish is fried add chili and mix it well
5. Then fry it again for 3 minutes and at last add sesame seed oil and mix it well.
6. If u want sauce in it, add 1 cup water and cook it for 1 minutes.
7. Your Chili Fish is ready.
