Semolina Egg Halwa

Ingredients:

Egg - 4,    Dry Milk - 1/2 cup,    Sugar - 1/2 cup,    Milk - 1 cup,    Semolina - 4 tbsp,

Cardamom - 8,    Oil - 1/2 cup,    Almond/Pistachio - as required.


Directions:
1. Take a pan add semolina in it and roast it.
2. Take a blender add milk, dry milk, sugar, cardamom, egg and blend it.
3. Add this mixture in roasted semolina and cook for 2 minutes and add oil and cook it.
4. When its color changes to golden brown put it off the flame.
5. Your Semolina Egg Halwa is ready.
