Rainbow Rice

Ingredients:

Rice - 1/2 kg,    Salt - According to taste,    Onion - 3,    Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp,

Red Chili Masala - 2 tbsp,    Black Pepper - 1 tbsp,    Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp,

Tomato Pure - 1/2,    Fresh Coriander - 1 cup,    Mint Leaf - 1/2 cup,    Green Chili - 4,

Green Pea - 1 cup boiled,    Egg - 4 boiled,    Butter - 4 tbsp,    Tomato Ketchup - 1 cup,

Yellow Food Color - as required,    Red Food Color - as required.


Directions:
1. Boil rice with salt, divide rice in 4 equal parts.
2. Take a pan add 4 tbsp oil, then add chop spring onion and ginger/garlic paste and fry it and add mince in it.
3. After 5 minutes add salt, red chili, salan masala, black pepper. lemon juice, tomato puree, and fry it.
4. Take a blender add coriander, mint leaf, green chili, salt, and little water blend it and green sauce is ready.
5. Take rice add green pea and green sauce in it and mix well.
6. Take the 2nd part of rice and add ketchup and red food color and mix well.
7. Take a pan add butter in it, when it melts add salt, black pepper and boiled rice in it and mix well.
8. Take boiled rice add yellow food color and mix well.
9. Take a serving dish add butter rice and level it, then take green sauce rice and make a layer over butter rice.
10. Now take mince add in green rice and tomato in it an d make layer over greeen sauce rice.
11. Now take red rice and add boiled eggs in it and make layer over the green mince rice.
12. Now take yellow rice and make layer over the red rice.
13. Now you have 5 different color layers, bake it for 15 minutes, then serve.
14. Your Rainbow Rice are ready.
