Ingredients:
Bengal Gram - 250 gm, Onion - 2, Tomato - 2, Ginger/Garlic paste - 1 tbsp,
Green Chili - 4, Salt - according to taste, Red Chili - according to taste,
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp, All Spices - 1 tbsp, Tamarind Paste - 4 tbsp.
Directions:
1. Boil Bengal gram.
2. Take a pan add 1/4 cup oil and add chopped onion in it.
3. Fry onion when its color turn to light brown add ginger/garlic paste, all ingredients and fry it.
4. After frying add boiled grams and mix well, add green chili cut in small chunk and fry it.
5. Turn flame low and leave it for 5 minutes.
6. Your Bengal Grams (Cholay) are ready. Serve hot with Pathorays.
