King Paw Chicken

Ingredients:

For marination:
Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg,    Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp,    Vinegar - 2 tbsp,    Sesame Seed Oil -

1 tsp,    Corn Flour - 1 1/12 kg.

 For Sauce:
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp,    Vinegar - 1 tbsp,    Sugar - 1 tsp,    Dry Red Chili - 8,    Garlic - 2 clove,  

Spring Onion - 2,    Oil - 4 tbsp,    Peanut - 1/2 cup,    Sesame Seed Oil - 2 tbsp.


 
Directions:
1. Take chicken and cut into size of a almond.
2. Add all marination ingredients in chicken and mix well.
3. After 20 minutes take a wok add 2 tbsp oil, when oil is heated add chicken in it and fry, when chicken changes its color to golden then take it out from wok and put it aside.
4. Now take a wok add 2 tbsp oil and add crush garlic, seed less red chili cut in length, spring onion cut in length, peanut, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce and fry it then add chicken in it and fry for a while.
5. Your King Paw Chicken is ready.
