Fish Biryani Recipe



Fish is one of the most loving food items especially during winter season. In Asia and many western countries people love to eat fish biryani recipe. So here we are with delicious taste and simple method of fish biryani recipe by chef asad that he cooked in his metro one cooking show Lazzat with Asad. So try this recipe and give you views.



Ingredients:

Fish - 1 kg,    Rice - 750 gm,    Bay Leave - 2,    Cinnamon Stick - 2,    Black Cardamom

- 2,    Clove - 6,    Black Cumin - 1 tsp,    Salt - according to taste,    Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp,

Red Chili - according to taste,    Coriander Powder - 1 tsp,    Curry Powder - 2 tsp,

Nutmeg (Jaiphal & Javetry) - 1 tsp,    Biryani Flower (star flower) - 2,    Spring Onion - 4,

Fresh Coriander - 1/4 cup,    Mint Leaf - 1/4 cup,    Tomato - 3,    Lemon - 2,    Yogurt - 250 gm,

Flour - 4 tbsp,    Gram Flour - 4 tbsp,    Ginger/Garlic Paste - 6 tbsp,    Lemon Juice - 1/4 cup,

Yellow Food Color - 1 tsp.


Directions:
1. Boil rice with 1 cinnamon stick, 1 bay leave, 1 black cardamom, 2 cloves and salt to taste.
2. Mix lemon juice, ginger/garlic paste and flour, and in separate dish mix gram flour, chili flakes and salt.
3. Take fish and coat it with lemon mixture then in flour mixture and then fry it.
4. When you fry fish make sure you are frying it in 8 tbsp oil not more than that, it is called pan fry.
5. Chop spring onion and fry it in 1 cup oil , add ginger/garlic paste, then add all ingredients and fry it, then add yogurt to it and fry fish in it.
6. Take another pan add fish, then add boiled rice, mint leaves, lemon slice, tomato slice and then add rice and make the second layer same as first one, at last add yellow food color to it, cover it and leave it for 15 minutes.
7. After 15 minutes your Fish Biryani is ready.
