Cream of Carrot Soup



Ingredients:

Carrot - 250 gm,    Milk - 2 cups,    Salt - according to taste,    Black/White Pepper - 1 tbsp,   

Chicken powder/Chicken Cube - 2 tbsp,    Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp,    Cream - 1/2 cup,   

Coriander - for garnishing,    Corn Flour - 2 tbsp.


Directions:
1. Boil carrot in milk, when carrot is boiled blend it. make it like paste.
2. Take that paste put it to boil add aslt, pepper, chicken cube.
3. When chicken cube is dissolved in soup. then add cream in it and cook for 2 mins.
4. If soup seems to be watery then add corn flour, otherwise dont add corn flour.
5. Before serving drop some cream and coriander on it.
6. Your Cream of Carrot Soup is ready.
