Afghani Pulao


Ingredients:

Chicken - 1 kg,    Rice - 1/2 kg,    Onion - 4,    Whole All spices - according to taste,   

Bay Leaf - 2,    Black Cardamom - 2,    Cineman Stick - 2,    Clove - 6,    Black Pepper Corn -

8,    White Vinegar - 1 cup,    Salt - according to taste,    Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp,   

All Spice Powder - 2 tbs,    Sugar - 1 cup,    Almond - as required,    Rasis - as required,   

Cashnut - as required,    Walnut Coconut Peanut - 1 1/2 cup,    Ginger/Garlic Paste - 2 tbs.


Directions:
1. Boil rice with salt and whole spice.
2. Chop onion and fry it to brown, take half onion and crush it to powder.
3. Now in remaining onion in oil put ginger/garlic paste then take onion out of the pan and put aside so it becomes crispy.
4. Add chicken in oil and fry to brown ,yhen add alt, black pepper, all spice powder, crush onion and cook for 10 mins.
5. Add boiled rice in chicken, add dry fruit and onion on it.
6. Take sugar and melt it, when it melts add sugar serup in rice, mix well, cook for 5 mins on low flame then serve.
7. Your Afghani Pulao is ready.
