
Ingredients:
Chicken - 250gm, Mushroom - 8 piece, Green Onion - 3 piece, Black Pepper -
2 tsp, White Pepper - 2 tsp, Vineger - 2 tbsp, Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tbsp,
Chicken Cube - 1, Corn Flour - 3 tbsp, Cream - 1 Cup.
Directions:
1. Take bone less chicken and cut into cubes.
2. Now take a cooking pan and pour 3 tbsp oil in it and then chop green onion and chicken and put it in the pan sotay it.
3. Now take chicken cube, mushroom, black pepper, white pepper, vineger, worcestershire sauce and put it in to the pan and cook it for a while.
4. Now take corn flour and dissolve it in water.
5. Now pour about 5 cups of water and the dissolved corn flour into the pan and cook until the soup is thick, then turn off the flame and mix cream in it, mix it well.
6. Now your Chicken Mushroom Cream Soup is ready, Serve it hot and enjoy!!
Tip:
Always turn off the flame before adding cream or else it will be ruined.
