Kabule Chana Biryani


Ingredients:

Chick Pie - 1/2 kg,    Rice - 750 gm,    Bay Leave - 2,    Clove - 4,    Cinnamon - 2,   Salt - according to taste,    Red Chili - according to taste,    Turmeric - 1 tsp,   Cumin - 1 tsp,    Coriander - 1 tsp,    All Spice - 1 tbsp,    Chat Masala - 1 tbsp,   Star Flower(badiyan ka phole) - 2,    Jaifal/Javatri - 1 tsp,  Dry Plum - 15,   Yogurt - 250gm,    Onion - 3,    Tomato - 3,    Mint Leave - 1 cup,   Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp,    Lemon - 2,    Yellow Food Color - as required.


Directions:
1. Take rice and boil it with adding bay leave, clove, cinnamon, salt.
2. Boil chick pie, chop onion and fry it when it's color changes to brown drain it and crush it.
3. Take a pan add oil in it then add onion, ginger garlic past, green chili and all spices and
chick pie, cook it add yogurt and little water in it and leave it for 5 minutes.
4. Take another pan add this masala in it and mint leave, tomato, lemon
juice and rice, repeat this method 2 time.
5. At last add yellow food color and cover the led and leave it on slow flam for 8 minutes.
6. Your Kabule Chana Biryani is ready.
